My First Month In Moon Guard.

Moving to Moon Guard

Well, it all started something like this.  Blizzard made an offer I could not refuse.  If I had to hear the words "Gay" or "Retarded" or "Your Mama" refs. one more time, in very quick succession, I thought I might go offer all my toons up to the horde for quick deaths as there was NO intelligent life on Cairne, only 12-18 year olds with a very limited vocabularies and penis rage.  Though I will say I did meet a pair of 50 year olds and an (Awww moment here) a married couple in their 80's who raided and let me tell you granny was no one to be messed with, she knew ALLLL the fights.

I came from Cairne, the most BORING realm on the WOW planet. Oh, yes I did the daily bump and grind. Rep grinds, CP grinds.  I'd go try to stalk some hordies in real world PVP.  And I still do.  But it was just BORING. It had become almost a job.  I didn't WANT to do it, I HAD to do it.  The most excitement I ever had in the game was to meet with a goblin in Half Hill nightly and try to talk to him through emotes that we both could understand.  Oh and I do have to give Kudos to some young fella who took me under his wing when I was but a lvl. 30 something noob.  He gave me a little gold and chants and buy 90 I paid him off with interest plus.  (We wont mention that one night at the end of Dire Maul where I let him fondle my bare butt, or was it a bear butt?? *Shrugs and winks*.)

I had heard ALLLL the rumors about Moon Guard...how it was nothing but a bunch of pervs.  I saw how anyone from Moon Guard was treated on the BGs and in Instances, with those sideways glances and little non polite jokes.  Though I'm sure there is a little perv in each and every one of us...this is NOT what I wanted 24/7 either. 

So...I decided to move one and one toon only, in case it was the awful hell I thought it might be, still though it just HAD to be better than Cairne.  Leaving behind 2 6 tab guilds I packed my bags with as much as I could carry and off I went.  Within 2 days I had moved three more toons.  And honestly, even as of this writing, and having left the guilds and several high lvl alts behind, I haven't been back.  I probably should go back to tend business, but I haven't yet.

Why you ask?  Because moon guard is not just a bunch of pervs, Moon Guard is a place of friendships, creative wonderment, its....not to sound cliche', a true, NeverEnding Story.  Lots more to come about this!
